Dr. Alexander Wolf practices as attorney at law since 2008. He specializes in Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law as well as in Competition Law, and is deeply involved in legal issues with international links or connected to European Law. He is a Senior Associate at ZinnBöcker.
Before starting his career as an attorney and following his studies at the Universities of Mannheim, Heidelberg, Barcelona (LL.M.) and at the German University of Administrative Sciences (Speyer), Dr. Wolf worked in a German-Spanish law office in Barcelona and in an agency of the European Union in La Coruña (Spain).
During his work as a lawyer he obtained a doctorate in law at the University of Bayreuth and wrote his thesis on the subject “Die internationale Durchsetzung von Schadensersatzansprüchen wegen Verletzung des EU-Wettbewerbsrechts”. Besides, he has published several articles in German and Spanish law journals.
Dr. Wolf especially deals with cross-border issues and litigation in other European countries, particularly in the context of enforcement of claims within the EU. Based on his studies of Anglo-American Law and his working period in Spain, he has profound knowledge and experience in matters of international business law as well as in Spanish law. He is a member of the German-Spanish Association of Lawyers, of AIJA (Association Internacional des Jeunes Advocats), of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, the German Lawyers Association and the Mannheim Lawyers Association. He practices and advises his clients in German, Spanish and English.
In his free time Dr. Wolf is very interested in music and literature. He also likes travelling and doing sports.
