The annual conference of the Gesellschaftsrechtliche Vereinigung (“VGR”) took place this year as usual at the beginning of November, but for the first time as an online event. Nevertheless, the event was extremely successful. The main topics were, among others, “The rescue of companies in the Corona crisis”, ” Management liability in the crisis” as well as “The reform of the partnership law”. Dr. Böcker and Dr. Zinn represented our firm at the event.

This year’s annual meeting of our LifeScienceConsulting-Network (LSCN) also took place as an online event at the end of November. The main topic was, of course, the perspective for the life science industry in times of the pandemic.
