Advising medium-sized clients in corporate finance matters is a rapidly growing segment for our partnership. Our particular focus centers on negotiation and drafting of both simple loan and syndicated loan agreements. We are able to advise on collateral and pool agreements, including projects with an international dimension necessitating expertise in international documentation standards (LMA etc.). We also offer advice on raising equity via the private equity or venture capital markets.
