Within the framework of a complex trial for damages held in Spain near Saragossa at the end of January, Dr. Wolf acted as an expert on German law. During the trial, he explained an expert assessment he had to prepare on the German law, applicable to the contract in dispute and answered the questions of the Spanish court and the party representatives. Dr. Wolf has repeatedly acted as an expert on German law in Spanish proceedings and has extensive practical experience in this area.
