This year’s annual meeting of the German Corporate Law Association (VGR) took place on the 8th of November 2019 in Frankfurt. The main topics of discussion included “Practice-relevant Questions of the Transparency Register” and “News on Shareholder Loans and Their Collateralisation in the Event of Insolvency”. Dr. Böcker and Dr. Zinn participated on behalf of our law firm.
